Overview

This website is operated by Hot Rod Parts NZ, a trading name of 3116 Limited (part of Brass Knuckle Customs), 8 Maleme Street, Tauranga 3112, New Zealand. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

 

Products and pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately, but colours, finishes and packaging may vary slightly. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit or cancel quantities of any order. If an item is priced incorrectly or is unavailable, we'll contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

 

Fitment

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm a part is suitable for their vehicle before purchase. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering. We recommend parts are installed by a qualified person. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect installation or use.

 

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted once payment has been received and confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded.

 

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

 

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, to the extent permitted by law.

 

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
