Shipping Policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only. All prices include GST.

Shipping rates

• Bay of Plenty: $15.00 flat rate
• Rest of New Zealand: $20.00 flat rate
• Store pickup: Free from 8 Maleme Street, Tauranga 3112.

Store pickup

Pickup orders are usually ready within 1 hour on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are ready the next following business day. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order number.

 

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3 to 5 business days once dispatched, and rural addresses may take longer. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
